How do I place an order for pickup?

Placing an order for pickup is easy and convenient! Visit our website to get started. Select your preferred pickup location, explore our wide range of products, and add your favorites to the cart. After checkout, you’ll receive a friendly confirmation email with all the details you need for pickup, making your experience with us hassle-free!

What are the pickup locations and hours?

We offer pickup at all our locations:

■ Southend: Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM.

■ Pineville & Mount Holly: Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have 7 days to pick up your order from the time you receive your confirmation email. After 7 days we will contact you to remind you of your order being ready. If after another 3 days, you still haven’t picked up your order it will be restocked and subject to a restocking fee. If you are unable to pick up your order within this time frame, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

What should I bring when picking up my order?

When picking up your order, please bring a valid government-issued ID that shows you are 21+. This is required to verify your age and identity.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

No, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. You must present your own valid ID at the time of pickup.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?

If you don’t pick up your order within the ten-day window, we’ll reach out to you to arrange an alternative pickup time. If we do not hear back from you within ten days, we will need to restock your order.

If you need to change your pickup location, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Are there any additional fees for pickup orders?

No, there are no additional fees for placing a pickup order. You will only be charged for the products you purchase and any applicable taxes.

Ship to Me Orders

Do you ship cannabis products outside of North Carolina?

Yes! We are able to ship to all 50 states and territories! There are certain products on our website that we do not ship to certain states based on state laws.

If you are unable to complete your transaction with a product in your cart, please check your state laws. We do not ship outside of the US.

We offer a single shipping option with delivery typically within 2-3 business days.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5 per order.
