Shipping policy:

All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days (holidays excluded). Currently we ship orders out Monday – Friday. It is up to the purchaser to know the laws in their state. GreenLife Remedies holds no responsibility for lost, seized, or stolen packages once shipped. All items are carefully packaged for extra safety whilst in transit. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before mailing and take proper precautions to secure the product carefully.

Refunds and Returns:

All sales are final.

Our company uses Square as our payment processor (card acceptance and merchant settlement). By purchasing on our website, you agree to be bound by Square’s Privacy Policy and hereby consent and authorize Square to share any information and payment instructions you provide with Third Party Service Providers to the minimum extent required to complete your transactions.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GreenLife Remedies (dba Houser Collective LLC), its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. GreenLife Remedies (dba Houser Collective LLC) reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with GreenLife Remedies (dba Houser Collective LLC) in asserting any available defenses.
